Our holiday apartments are on the sunny side of the beautiful Lake Ossiach. Within a 3-4 minutes walk you can reach the Sattendorf boat dock, boat and SUP rental or the lido. There are impressive excursion destinations around the lake such as the Finsterbach waterfalls, the Bleistätter Moor or Landskron Castle and much more.

The mountain railway to the popular Gerlitzen Alpe ski area is just 1 bus stop away. 52 km of perfectly prepared slopes offer skiing fun for every level of ability.

The nearby, charming city center offers a comprehensive program of events and a living room feeling throughout the year. Whether it's the Christmas market, Villach carnival or Villach Kirchtag - a visit is definitely worth it.

The Sattendorf tourist office is almost opposite the holiday apartments. Both we and the tourist office are happy to help at any time with information about the region and recommendations. You can purchase the Kärnten Card at the tourist office.

Lake Ossiach is located between two brilliant geographical MTB mountains. In the north the Gerlitzen Alpe with routes for real experts and a small bike park for kids and in the south the Ossiacher Tauern with some trails for young and old. You can find out more about this here.
